Shane has worked for Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, and started several of his own. He began his career in 1996 with WRS Group, Inc., a health education company. In 1998, he worked in the marketing department for The Trane Company, where he coordinated marketing projects and launched several new products. In 2001, he joined Raytheon’s Architecture and Advanced Technology team where he worked as a liaison between the IT department and the business to implement cost-saving technology. In 2008, he joined Lab Armor, Inc., where he served as the Marketing Manager until its selling in 2011. Shane founded Supplier Apps, LLC with Rich and Taylor in 2012.

Rich believes in turning ideas into reality. He began his career as a scientist with Ambion, Inc., in 2001. After launching numerous products for Ambion over nearly 5 years, he ventured out as an entrepreneur and started CellCore Biosciences in 2006 followed by Lab Armor, Inc. in 2008. After selling Lab Armor, Inc. in 2011, he initiated several new projects including Supplier Apps, LLC with Shane and Taylor in 2012.

Taylor is a serial entrepreneur who enjoys starting and growing businesses. He has served as the Automotive Division director of Hobbs Bonded Fibers for over 20 years. In 1998, he purchased several Baskin-Robbins stores which he operated until 2009. In 2006, he partnered to open several UPS Stores. In 2010, he started TX LED, which offers LED lighting for offices, parking lots, street lighting and home. He joined with other co-founders, Rich and Shane, to start Supplier Apps, LLC in 2012.

Vince’s scientific career started in 1994 with trying to understanding the mechanisms that govern fruit fly development. It helped him develop a broad skill set across the fields of genetics, molecular biology and biochemistry. He took these skills over to Ambion in 1998 to help develop RNA specific product for research industry. Along the way he helped develop a number of products for the then newly burgeoning RNAi field. In 2006 Vince decide to leave the field of science for his other passion, art. He became a multimedia designer at Life Technologies and was the go-to guy for product photography, video production, technical illustrations, and Flash-based learning tools. Since 2010 Vince has been a freelance designer working for such clients as ThermoFisher Scientific, Life Technologies and Agilent. “I’m excited to be the Creative Director at Supplier Apps and I look forward to the challenges of interface design and app development.”
